What is PadSplit?

PadSplit is the best and most affordable way to find a place to live! For one low weekly price, Members get a private room with furniture, utilities, internet and laundry usage. There’s no minimum credit score needed to apply, and Members don’t have to sign long-term leases. We make it easy to find an affordable place to live without breaking the bank.

What are the benefits of living in a PadSplit?

Living in a PadSplit is different from traditional rentals. Members only pay one bill every week (or sometimes every two weeks), and it covers a private furnished room, all utilities, and free credit reporting. To be approved, you don’t need a minimum credit score, and you won’t have to pay a big security deposit. PadSplit reports Membership payments to help our Members build their credit histories and improve their credit scores.
